Ok Im fighting a regenerate... Help me.

Run by the first one you encounter. Keep dodging the Regenerators until you get to the freezer. Once inside of it, just press the defrost button and grab the heat-vision goggles in the glass door. Combine the goggles with the Sniper Rifle, zoom in on the Regenerator and shoot the leaches attacked to his body. This will cause him to explode. Once you're fighting the spikey one, just do the same thing but after killing all of the leaches, you have to blow him up somehow and he won't be able to regenerate. Hope that helps.

It's not that you have to blow him up. But when you fight the Spiked Regenators, you would notice that they ALSO have a parasite on their backs. So once you kill the front ones you need to figure out how to destroy the back one. Look for the yellow spot on it's body and just keep blasting at that area until it opens up and you kill the parasite...

for regens (short) they should have 3 or 4 on the front of them, and one or two might have one on their backs and this also applies to the spikey regens, simply take out the front 3 or 4 leeches and then quickly pull out you're shotgun (if you have it) and shoot at their legs to blow them off then quickly pull out the sniper rifle (bolt action spring field or the semi auto sniper rifle) and proceed to shoot the one on the back, now note you must be fast with them while they are on the ground as they will come charging at you to attack so be quick and precise with your shot and you should hit it.

another way to kill them is to use frags or Incendary grenades or shoot an explosive barrel or tank by them to rid them from you're view.

As for fighting the supposed "right hand or salazar" you don't even need to fire at this guy at all, unless of course you have weapons of mass destruction simply hit the elevator switch in the back and then the door should close and lock up, now run over to the door and hit the switch and it should say "the door should open momentarily" now just keep running around the squarish area around those huge cylinder tanks and keep dodgin his attacks using L+R combos and the occasional A+B combos and you should be find until the doors open.

Once they proceed out of that room and keep running down the hallway you should come across another tank, drop it to slow him down and then keep running down the hall way and that first door where you found the elevator that was down in is where you should head and then get on the elevator and you will complete the chapter.

Easiest boss in the game once you figure it out. well him and salazar.

i hate reginerators... towards the end after the (SPOLIER) helicopter stuff... i suppose parts of the reginerator are in the bags with the stupid thing??? also try blowing off all it's limbs, it hops using it's torso on the floor and tries to bite you, kinda like might python. haha

I wasn't expecting that half to happen either thats why incendary grenades keep them busy while on the floor. and the spikey regens will usually shoot out their spikes if you drop them.

lol, well i killed the first 2 regens before i got the theraml scope..i never bought the rifle till then....i blew them apart with the shotgun and must have been lucky cuz they both died,i ran over to the merchant with the intent to buy the rifle..and noticed the killer 7 so i did the only logical, and responcible thing.....pawn off the scope and buy the magnum ive been shotgunning/running those bastards down ever since

Sorry about making a new thread, but to kill the 'spikey regenerators' you have to use the infrared scope to kill all the parasites on their front, then shoot out their legs to kill the one on their back!

umm in the ada mission, once you get to the elevater thats not actually there, and krauser comes...what do? he killed me like 11 times....(i have no nades)

Shoot his legs

Long Range: shoot his legs with the Sniper Rifle then he'll kneel down, and shoot him with the TMP or Handgun.

Medium Range shoot him with the TMP like 20 shots will take him to kneel and shoot him in the face.

Short Range if your out of options, use the Punisher and shoot him as fast as possible in the legs and shoot his head.


ONCE you know he is dead, he will use a flashbang and disappear. and he'll drop a plaga sample. then go to the Elevator and go in the extract chopper room to call your chopper..

then you will finish Assignment Ada and have the option to buy The

CHIGAGO TYPEWRITER

TMP's will also work just fine at short range if you're shooting at his legs

Actually guys I've found an insanely easy way to defeat him. It doesn't even require wasting countless clips of TMP ammo.

Equip a strong weapon, it doesn't have to be fast or anything, just strong, preferably the Semi-Auto Rifle or the Killer7/Broken Butterfly. Now all you have to do is wait. He will rush towards you and dodge side to side, let him, just trace his movements with your laser. You want to be aiming towards the floor in front of you but just keep it under his feet. Eventually he will come really close to you and leave his guard up. When he does this he is about to make an attack so you have to act fast, but not so fast that it's impossible actually it's very easy, this is when you discharge your weapon into his mid section area (that's where you should be aiming). He will then drop to the ground and kneel for a few seconds giving you time to unleash on him a few more rounds before he hops back and continues his replicating pursuit. Just repeat the step of waiting till he gets close, capping him so he kneels and then capping him again. On rare occurrences he won't keel but that's very rare as this is the strategy I used in Professional with the Killer7.

I beat him using that same strategy on him and didn't die once in Assignment Ada.
