I've played through Resident Evil 4, and I can't help but notice all of the uncanny similarities to so many movies.

The battle with Del Lagos reminded me of Jaws, the Chainsaw Maniac... Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Salazars Right Hand looked a lot like Predator, the enemy that you fight in the cargo crates is called, simply, 'IT', El Gigante seemed to be a cousin to those giants in The Lord of The Rings, and the blind berserker guys had retractable claws like Wolverine.
Perhaps the biggest one though is just Las Plagas in general, the grow inside of people and bust out, just like the aliens from, well, Alien.

I dont think they have anything to do with each other. And what about the Chief or saddler. and also the parasite comes out from the head not the chest and thats not even the plagas parasite out side of the body its still inside when that happens. and salazars gaurds dont look like predator. it looks nothing like him with its robe off if anything it looks like the alien from the movie alien.* only because of the tail though*. Also El Giante looks nothing like the things from Lord of The Rings. besides they were trolls not people that were grown into that form as the Giantes did. Ur puting to much thinking into it. and well i cant really explain IT hes just weird i gusse. And last but not least the chainsaw guy has a bag over his head not another face hes just another villeger thats really dangerous. ANNDD the lake monster is bigger than jaws anyways.

"IT" is actually called U3. It's like the Iron Maidens (spikey Regenerators), you don't learn the name unless you read the strategy guide.

ya and Leon reminds me of Leonardo De Caprio especially in Titanic. uncanny no?

The right hand of Salazar reminded me of Venom from Spider-man fame.

Also not a movie I know but the barrels and mine cart ride are so similar to Donkey Kong Country levels.

That large spiky vehicle device (castle level, on your way to get the Queens grail) which is closing in on Ashley who is trapped in that long hallway, the one which you need to snipe the drivers of, that is straight out of 'Labyrinth', the movie with David Bowie.
