And Santa does not come on the first day you move in he comes on any day as long as you have a christmas tree, fireplace and plate of cookies and all your sims are in bed sleeping, if you delete your sims however and Santa comes then he will give you infinite presents, no matter how good that sounds he will lay so many presents on the ground all over your lot that your game will crash so I recommend that you do not save after he comes.
