I've been playing The Sims for ages, I've always wanted to play the Hot Date one and now that I've finally got it the game won't work! Ok, I've installed it, restarted the computer and everything, but when I click the button it says, "Please insert the correct CD-Rom and click restart" (I'm not surprised I can memorize that line because I've tried to fix it so many times but all in vain. So I took out the Hot Date CD and put in the original CD-Rom but it still won't work! What on earth's wrong with it??? Can anyone please help me?

Something might be wrong with the reader. I suggest getting your computer fixed or gettting it checked out.

Other games work without any problams though so it can pick up the CD's ok.

like i said on other thing you need to have sims 1 2 or extension pack!

You have to put in the previos sims game you got like makin magic or deluxe edition. one version that has 2 CDs!
