I've been wondering can unique and/or set items appear again after you've sold them? I think I've seen a set item (the artic binding) appear twice but I dont thing I've seen a unique item twice in a game.

Of course they can, otherwise there wouldn't be enough set items or uniques to go around. I've had 2 Nagelrings on the same character before.

I think he means something like

if he gets nalgering, and sells it, will it have a higher chance of re-appearing in the same game if he stays in it long enough

What I meant was, in single player can you get a set or unique item again if you've sold it?

Ummm, if asked like that, I answered it. But if you mean if you sell it and if it comes up in the same game you are playing then, I believe so, but it is rare. But if you mean after you exit the game and play again, yeah, it'll come back up eventually.
