hi i have 2 dark raichu shiny pokemon cards which are 83 / 82 a very rare card also i have in shinys are another 21 cards and would like 2 know how much they are worth

I'm guessing those are the Base Set and Jungle cards, *maybe* Base Set 2. (The Mew is probably the promo #9, and Dark Raichu is obviously Rocket.) Right? Everything I say from here on out is assuming that. So...

Nowadays, the price on such old school holos depends on who is doing the selling/buying and why they want them, and the root price on rare-holos are more or less dependant on how popular they were as tournament cards or how popular the TV show character was, so some are worth a lot more than others. So I'll kinda give a large price range: the bottom number is conservative, the top is the "prime" price of a few years ago. Stores on clearance might sell them at the low price, and collector's stores might buy them at an even lower price. However, there are serious collectors who would buy them at somewhere in the middle -- which is usually what online stores charge.

Anyway....

Base Set holos are the most variable in price:
- Hitmonchan, Gyarados, and Alakazam will probably be worth the most of all the Base set cards on your list ($8-20) because of the Haymaker, Raindance, and Stall decks that were insanely popular for the year or two after those cards came out.
- Mewtwo had a deck genre, too, (namely the cheap Mewtwo stall), but as it was short lived and wasn't very effective it's price won't be so high, possibly $5-12 only because it's a Mewtwo.
- Raichu and Ninetales were half decent for their day so are most likely about $6-12 now (Raichu being an evolution to Pikachu is a plus).
- And poor, poor Magneton and Clefairy... Magneton (having been called the worst holofoil EVER by certain authorities) would be lucky to break $5, and only then because it's a holo. Clefairy didn't ever have much going for it except Clefable, so is probably $4-7 ish.

Jungle holos are usually worth less than Base Set holos because they have cheaper nonholo versions that are avaliable, but still have highs and lows:
- Wigglytuff and Mr. Mime are going to be most expensive ($5-$12) because of Do-the-Wave and Mr. Mime's addition to the Stall genre. (Wigglytuff especially--I wouldn't put it past Wigglytuff to be $15.)
- Snorlax and Nidoqueen were among the worst rares from Jungle and so might be about $3-5, though serious collectors might pay a little more for them.
- Flareon, Electrode, and Vaporeon will most likely score $4-9, and Jolteon, Pinsir, Pidgeot, and Victreebel $3-7). Those seven cards were in the midrange: not highly desired, but not altogether awful either.

Dark Raichu could be anywhere from $7-20. Of all the Rocket holos, it's the rarest and one of the most popular collectables from the set. If you sold it, you'd be more likely to get a higher price for it for this reason, and because it's from a newer set than the others above.

The Mew -- I dunno. $2-5 is my guess, but that's a guess.

But that's a lot of information. Here's the bottom line: if you sold them cheaply, you'd get about $100. If you sold them at their middle values, you'd get closer to $160. Unfortunately, at this stage in the Pokemon card game phenomenon you'll probably not be able to sell them for their top value ($200+).
