I don't know why anyone would wanna play GGX, other than the ILLEGAL pc version for sprite rips (and I might add your not allowed to give links for in here)
it is soo outdated! and the soundtrack completly sucks compared to GGX2. anyone serious about GG is also missing out on the False Roman cancel which will take time to master. And you do know that everyone that owns #R talks shit about us americans that STIL play GGX2

I'm assuming most of you in here own a ps2? its such a shame that GGX2 has been discontinued, but I'm sure you could find it in a bargin bin at your local game store or online for hella cheap, most likey for only 14 bucks, and your completly ripping Arc system works off at that price, for a game that has so much replay value, and high detail.

I'm serious if your a competitive player, YOU NEED TO move up to atleast GGX2.

just needed let that rant out, I'm pissed that this forum gets so much aginst the rules activty and GGX2 forum has been baron for year and a half at the least

I play GGX because I can't find GGX2 anywhere, it's a shame it was discontinued.(I don't buy online.) I rent GGX2 at Movie Gallery and I have a file that has some gold characters on it. Would a good place to look be EB or a game shop like that?

actualy if you did a search on Bit torrent you could probly find GGXX#R now

thers #R for xbox, if you wait long enough it'll come out for PS2 in the US.

eb games might have XX used or something, but I bet ebay would have plenty of em.

The main reason I want it now is that I have Gold:Jhonny(owns) Eddie(owns) Ky(owns) and am about to get Sol (will probably own everybody!(except Jhonny). I am trying to avoid the online shops(don't want to worry about condition or source reliability.) I wonder if I could actually BUY it from the videostore? they have other games for sale, highly doubtful about this however,as it makes a great rental.

so you want it brand new, nows a hell of time to want just plain old X? why not try and search bit torrent and get GGXX#R for free.

True, I've heard reload is coming to PS2. Stupid question, but does it have a backward compatibility with the memory card? (ex. I have gold Jhonny in X2 can I transfer him to reload?)

no, you have to unlock everything all over aging.

Oh well, It's probably worth it. The Gold characters didn't take to long to get any way, story was probably easiest, so I will do that again.(I got the ones I have over about the span of a day or so.)I hope dizzy vs. gold 1no is a lot more even though.(that's funny I'm talking about a fair fight against normal vs. gold.) When is GG#R released on PS2, I want to get it as soon as possible.

don't know, but I know it'll happen someday. you can always leave your ps2 on for a few days to unlock all the characters.

Where's the fun in that? I usually try to nail secrets myself instead of using time-release.

Sorry to double-post, but I discovered some unfortunate news...GGX#R is only going to be on the Japanese PS2, however the XBOX and PC still get it in the U.S., Sammy why did you do that!? (the furthest I can go right now that I know of is Isuaka.)

so can anyone tell me why to buy the PC version of any of the GGX series.. im not fussed which one i get. Ive only got the demo after loosing my full version..online or shop. or illegal. I dont Care... know you can get it on the Xploder line. But its lost.... Someone tell me... Ill pay Well (£3.oo over the marked retail price.)

you can try ebay or a used game shop. That's all I can think of.

Because u can use Instant Kill moves like Rising Force (Ky Kiske), Napalm Death (Sol Badguy) and Garyou Tensei (Baiken).
