re: Where can I find Okage music?!!!!!!

I've also been searching for a long time for this soundtrack. Haven't had much luck.

But I was able to rip a total of 3 songs from the CD of the game (I love CD-based games). They are the following: Higher Breath, music from the opening FMV, and the music from the opening menu screen.

I don't have any place to upload the .WAV files I have, but it's easy to make them yourself. Go to http://www.zophar.net and go to the Utilities / PS2 section. Download the following programs:

-MFAudio
-Psound

I had to use both, but if MFAudio works well for you, then it will be all you need. I had to first open the files in MFAudio, then save them as .VAG files, then open the .VAG files in Psound, and THEN save them as .WAV files. Now they're ready to burn to a CD... if only I had the full soundtrack...

Anyway, the files that I got to work are in the folder snddata/str on the CD. There's only a few files in there, so it shouldn't be too hard to find which ones you need.

Hope that helps at least a little bit. BTW, e-mail me (jjchiappelli@smcm.edu) if you know how to rip more music from the game.

They ripped the music right off the cd, as I understand it. I've done it before with PSX games.

Ha! I started searching for a few minutes, and came up with this. Okage Music.

Thats gotta soundtrack listing, and you can download certain songs (Higher Breath too for those who are interested) by clicking on the track thats linked. You'll need real player, but I'm sure theres a way to convert that to windows media player files, I'll work on that for ya guys.

Now I gotta search for lyrics...

Arg, lyrics are hard to find. Every other site I come up with is neoseeker.

What? Its true, every other site was neoseeker, man that was so annoying. Maybe if you could find a site with game lyrics, something might be there. Unfortunately I couldn't find anything like that either.

re: Where can I find Okage music?!!!!!!

It's too bad this game doesn't have theme music for each character, like most RPG's do. The only one who has it is Linda, and I'm not sure, but I think Stan

re: Where can I find Okage music?

Yeah, that one I tryed, but its MP3 and I don't have an MP3 player. So... I ... Um... Taped them on a casset tape and my dad almost threw it out only cuz it said "Cats" on them but i taped over it cuz we have the cd. I had okage and Kingdom Hearts on it, and All dogs go to Heaven two. But I kept them in zipped folders and I had them on Real Player. That was all I can do. My favoret ones are, Linda song, Higher Breath, the tree hole, night mare, oh and that circus one.
