After much effort, I have made a way for everybody to download the complete Okage soundtrack in mp3 format (CD quality).
The first thing you need to do is make sure you have a Yahoo! account (these are free, so if you don't have one it is easy to get it). Then, go to their "Groups" page (groups.yahoo.com). Search for these groups: okagebattles okagefinal okageforever okagemusic okagetowns okagetunes OkageMuzak okagewave The mp3's are scattered across each of these 8 groups, under the "Files" section of each one. You will have to join each group in order to download the files, but you can always quit later if you want. ONE WARNING ABOUT THIS--Whenever there is a lot of traffic, Yahoo! will limit the number of downloads available. So, if a lot of people rush in there to download all at the same time, you may get error messages about this. All you have to do is wait a few hours/days/weeks for the traffic to die down, and then go back to the groups and download at your own pace. Please pass this message on to whoever you know that would be interested. I put a lot of effort into creating these groups and found out that the few people who heard of them didn't really spread the word, so it feels like kind of a waste. Happy downloading. | |
