	I've put in all the right information (triple checked it), the phone line isn't busy, the phone line to the Dreamcast is pluged in, the phone line is active, and I can get on to the internet from the same place I plug my Dreamcast phone line into, but everytime I'm getting a message saying that the phone line is busy. 	1571 or answering machine? How does the dreamcast connect? wil it be connecting through the Segas' servers' ? where else is their to connect to ?
