So i cleaned the pins and then pushed them abit forward.Still nothing,so i was looking at the dreamcast and thought what if the cd lens track cant move fast enuff?So i moved it up and down 3 or 4 times and then sprayed some wd40 on a cloth and rubbed some on the top of the two sliver tubes and then moved the lens track slightly up so i could get the bottom.Just something to think about when the other fixes down work.Mines working fine after i did this.
