My Dreamcast kept reseting too, but luckily I had one month left on my warranty so they repaired it for free! This reseting thing seems like a common problem.

This is problemn numero uno with the lovely DC. All you have to do is take it apart and move the board connected to the power supply pins slightly. Just move it up a little, screw your DC back together and hey presto! The connection to the power supply deteriorates, so if you move it to a different part of the pins where it is still 'new', the problem disappears as quickly as it appeared.
