im trying to fix my dreamcast that does not read cds or games. ive tried a lot, ive took it apart seen nothing wrong i put the lid back on and it played music cds burnt and regular baught cds but it seems that it wont read my games. then later it doesnt read neither. whats my problem?:

umm i might hace touched the lens or maybe of of my friends did ther was like 3 of us trying to fix it i dunno? i tried cleaning it with alcohol n a cotton swab then didnt touch it again like ill get to the screen where ti says sega but no firther but it if it help ill get to the menu and ill go to the music option when a game is in and it read something off of the game ( i had sonic adventur 2 in so it didnt read it as the game so i was just messin aroud with it and it read something off of theh game???)
