Does anyone know how to backtrack through Mugall Forest?

Because I don't, and I did a really stupid thing. See, I didn't do anything at the Fuchin Temple and just forged ahead and went through Mugall Forest without a hitch. I just kind of assumed the game wouldn't let me go any farther if I was doing something wrong..

Anyway, so now I don't have the Force psynergy and I kind of need it for the Martial Arts town *scuse me, first time playing* and I have to go back to Fuchin to get it, but I cannot for the life of me figure out to backtrack through Mugall.

Does anyone have a solution to this, or is Force just something you need like maybe once in the game and I can keept going?

Force is needed for certain sidequests and passing it up means you cannot obtain it at all.
Backtracking is not possible so you either start again or hack.

That is not true... You cannot backtrack through Mogall forest, it's impossible since once you pass a certain point, there will no longer be a path to the entrace. However, if you go far enough through the game, the bridge to Vault will be fixed, and it will be possible to go all the way around again. Which is much faster this time around because you are trained. So yes, it is still possible to obtain force if you're simply patient enough.
