	I've had my 3400 for about 5 years, can't say it been bad, it's served it's purpose. I haven't used it in a couple of months. Today when I tried to use it nothing happens. My os is windows ME. The green light is on and windows see's the scanner but when trying a scanner test I get scanner not power on. I can push the power button but nothing happens. I've reinstalled the scanner but still nothing.
