Post all the funny things that have happened to you in Advance Wars, this includes the stupid A.I. Glitches!

Awhile back my friend was arguing so much that you could not play as Nell, and it was the biggest rumor ever for Advance Wars, well one day I finally got Nell and so I challenged my friend to a duel and he chose Eagle, then he kept hurrying me to choose my CO, his jaw almost broke through the floor when Nell came up, it dropped further when I used Lucky Star!

one time, on this design map i made, i had the YC hq in the middle of water and a port in the water and the computer was filling the water with LANDERS! i had to move my bomber on top of the port to stop the construction!

wait, Nell? you can't unlock Nell! how in the name of Jefferson Davis could you have unlocked Nell?

I believe it is very difficult. You have to get an S ranking on all campaign missions, and all War Room missions.

Nope, just beat Advanced Campaign. That's it.

funny story.

i am currently playing the kita strait mission in war room, and drake is sending his navy to the top left corner of the screen. he has sent two subs, by the time they got there they were at about 3 fuel, and a cruiser. why is he doing this?i don't know. maybe if he sent a LANDER to my hq it would help, as i haven't built anything there in ages!

heres a kinda weird story: in the war room mission where u have to fight drake and sonja,(i forgot the name) i quickly went to drake's base and he had 2 tanks 3 squares and 2 squares away, but he decided to be nice and let me capture his HQ without attacking my unguarded infantry with his tanks... ??? whats with that

that level is called ring islands and that technique works for all of the war room levels where you have to fight 2 players. Cap one of their Hq's and use superior strength to win. I was dissapointed that the last 4 missions were so easy to get S-ranks on. On my first try at last mission I got 999pt. That tells you how easy they are.

Ahem, you cannot get 999pt. (Not that I know of anyway) I beat the final mission with perfect speed, power, and tech. but I've got 997pt.

You can get 999pt!!!!! its possible on all levels!! I have it on the last mission! how dare you doubt me! It may look as though you have all 3 stats maxed out but they may not be. I did it in 16 days with Eagle so *bleep* you!

i no a funny story

on rivals i was capturing eagles hq. and while i was doing that, he was invading my hq with anti-airs and tanks. i had a mid tank with full health and full ammo and a anti-air attacked it. the mid tank (at the end of the mistake) had 9 hp and the anti-air had 4. why did eagle (or the dumb ai) do that?

Yeah, about that I've got one too. Once, I was playing one of the war room missions and was moving an Infantry over to capture Grit's HQ. Unfourtunately, he's got a few Infantry units there, but when I moved in close they did not attack. AI's are sometimes berserk and sometime stupid, they don't use a unit with about the same power against another unit unless they're sure that they can win.

Computers are not smart and are easily tricked. I sent a suicide squad of Mechs attacking his west side and he sent every single unit over there. Computers also have no idea what a strategic choke point is, I have to place it's units there for it to understand.

This one time i was sick and playing the game real late and my batteries went out. Not having a clue what the Hell i was doing i went into our garrage, grabed twowrenches, put the batteries in fornot of me and yelled at the top of my lings "HYPER REPIAR"
