Hey everybody. If there was a battle royle between all of the COs in the game, which one would you command in the hopes of winning? Take into account each CO power, unit attributes, and unit cost. The weather is clear, the map is mostly grass, mountains, and forests. There is no water.

Fog of War is also off.

nell.duh.

drake,sonja,olaf,sami,and possibly grit and sturm would be useless.

andy isn't powerful enough.

max would suffer because of lack of indirect fire power, until the end of the game where his units would have more breathing room.

kanbei is the best bet next to nell, because he excels at everything and has a good CO power. but he costs too much.

nell is average at everything, has good luck, and the overall best CO power in the game. nell might be able to win with infantry and mech alone.

I have to agree with Validusername and go with Nell, she is by far the most powerfull, if this were a fog of war anybody would have the chance at beating her

Nell is a good choice. I would probably go with Max, simply because I use him on most of my missions and I have a lot of successful tactical strategies that I can perform very effectively with him.
I wish they would make an Advance Wars for Gamecube that you could hook up to the net and play online. Although, it would really get vicious around here if they did, wouldn't it?

Yeah, it's true. I talked to a few contacts I have at Nintendo of America in Redmond, WA. They're unveiling the project at E3 this year. No release date or review has been sent out as of yet.

One thing. You forgot to add in Eagle.

I will take Grit.My tactics for him always works.Just send a line of infantry or mechs in the front,and artillery right behind.The infantry takes the damage,the artillery defeats the opponent.

I would Sturm, I love high defense. But other than him, probably Grit. Doh hard to guess, I choose from these:

Grit
Eagle
Drake
Andy
Nell
Kanbei

OK, that's most of the COs lol but they're the ones I'd use the most.
