	ok i'm new here (the gta forums) I recently heard that gta3 and gta vice city are BOTH coming to xbox. I'm planning to buy the gta double pack for xbox.. but, i've a few questions: - is it worth buying it, when I'm gonna buy Driver 3 next year for sure..? cuz it's almost the same. - Is there a Free ride mode? Like Take A Ride mode in driver, so you can do whatever you want? - Can you fly helicopters in free ride mode? - Is the subways and train system fully working all around the city? So you can get in a train and get transported to the whole other end of the city? - Can you enter EVERY building in the city, or just the main buildings? - How are the police chases? is the police agressive? do they trying to kill you? - Can you get out of your car while you're being chased by police? ok thats all for now, if I've more to ask, i'll post here.. ------------------- 0 3 . 2 0 0 6 . I would buy this game regardless if your getting driver 3. You get two class A games for the price of one, and some may argue driver 3 is better, or vice versa. Im sure if you find out you dont like the game, someone would be happy to take it off your hand. In vice city, gtaIII and all the grand theft auto's you can do whatever you like. No one says you have to complete missions. You cannot fly helicopters in GTAIII sadly, but helicopters are available in Vice city, you can cruise around in them and do what you please. You cannot ride the subway, you get around town in cars, plans boats and helicopters. You cannot enter EVERY building, however there is a fair amount of buildings to enter. The police chases are intese, the police start off by just trying to send you to jail. Then you get more dangerous and they try to kill you. Once you are in a car, you are able to exit it anytime. 	You should buy this game anyway. It's the best game ever and you will miss out on loads of awesome stuff. I haven't played the game before so I can't answer your questions... -------------------

	actually in gta 3 u can ride the subways around town. in portland u can ride the train then when u get all the other islands u can take the subway from one island to the next! nobody is perfect josh!

Special Vehicle wise, there are some more special cars than others. Some cars can be activated by cheat, like the tank. In vice city, a white Pjc is the best, special type of car. And the hunter type of helicopter. I've been in two helicopters, and they were hard at first, but then i got the hang of the flying. You can shoot from them, but i dont know if you can shoot from every helicopter. The one called the hunter is the best one. Controlling is realistic, but dont expect flight sim realistic. I believe you can fly planes, i've never did it myself, but myfriend said you could. You could fly one in GTAIII, i think its called the dodo. You can shoot from your car, in vice city for sure. Put out a fireing weapon, like an UZI and view to the side and watch people get shot. The police is excactly like in GTA2. First only the common police is after you, than, you get cops and squad cars, then helicopters. Than FBI, than the army is after you. The cops chase you on foot for a bit, while you have one or two stars. But when you do more crimes, they use cars, and helicopters to get to you. 	In GTA:Vice there is a plane that you can fly that takes off from water. I just hope on GTA:3 they have the Do Do with the controls like the plane on GTA:Vice so it'll be easier and funner to fly.

	there is only one plane in vice called the skimmer but theres like 6 helicopters
