How do I get Mr. Woopie for the import/export garage? I can't seem to fail the mission where you detonate the Mr. Woopie truck to kill the gang members (telephone mission), and that's the only time I know of where a Mr. Woopie apears. I tried storing the truck in my garage then go ge myself wasted, but when I got back Mr. Woopie was gone! Help!

Probably one of the rarest cars in the game. It is very hard to find. There are two ways to do it though. The easiest way is to do the firetruck missions. When you do those you will eventually come across a Mr. Whoopie and put out the fire. After you do that just exit out of the firetruck and take the Mr. Whoopie to the garage. The second way is to search and search and search the Cedar Grove area. That is usually the place where it appears on the road. If you don't know where Cedar Grove is, it's the area in Shoreshide Vale around the Cartels Mansion.
