you don't add it onto the sound track. when you get into a vehicle, change the radio station to tape or cd (one of the two. I am getting confused between 3 and vc) but anyhoo, find that station, then you can play your soundtracks. the soundtracks only appear as numbers, so you need to guess at which one you want.
