How do you get to route 2 in Kanto. I want to catch Pikachu.

Mystery gift is where you and someone else with a GBC line up the little black squares on top and hit mystery gift. You will get something from the other player's room, and they will get something from yours. As to route 2 in Kanto....you walk? What's your difficulty finding it?

Well, do I have to beat the elite four to get to route 2? I can't find any other way to get there.

yes, you need to beat the elite four in order to get into the rest of Kanto. If your having trouble beating the elite four, look at "the best elite four team" thread/s. they have loads of good ideas that will help against the elite four
