is there a way to get celebi without gameshark or action replay or ANY cheat device????

True, if you REALLY want Celebi, get the Xploder, you'll have no worries of messing your game up.

You can get Celebi legitimately in the Japanese version of Pokemon Crystal version. Otherwise you'll have to trade with someone who has gotten it from a Nintendo event.

I doubt Nintendo events are still around, I'm sure it was only 3 years ago or something like that. So, the only real way I see it being done is by using a cheating device.
