After you defeat all the other countries a island pops up near carleon, that is where u fight bulnoil and his 2 minions. Bulnoil starts out with Life as ??? and Magic as ???, His 2 minions are both level 30, one uses bow and arrow and the other one a trident. I can't remember each and everyone but they start out with a 2 talos, 2 salamanders, 1 sepherath, 1 lilith, 1 golden lizard( dont think they have it in the english version) and a evolved fairy. Gotta be careful when approaching them because all three of their parties can cast meteor dooms. Once you defeat the party you face the ultimate dragon or a.k.a the snake of chaos(give more details if anyone wants later)
