Create-A-Move!

I know, I know, Unoriginal, but hey, its fun!
Make up a move using this forum:

Name:
Move Type:
Move Description:
Example Of Pokemon Who Learn It(R/B/Y AND G/S/C POKEMON ONLY):

Heres one I though up this morning.
Name: Deteriorate
Move Type: Grass
Move Description: Deteriorate absorbs HP and PP from its victim. At its most powerful it can give the user 1/2 of the stolen HP and 1/2 of the stolen PP which is divided equally between moves. The power of this attack depends on the pokemon level that uses it, and the type of pokemon it is used against. For example, A level 50 pokemon using this against a water pokemon would make it very powerful, but if a level 10 pokemon used it against a fire pokemon, it would do very little.
Example Of Pokemon Who Learn It: Butterfree, Venonat, Zubat/Golbat/Crobat, Tangela. Mostly, many Grass, Bug, and Posion pokemon can.

Name: Frostbite
Move Type: Ice
Move Description: Instantly freezes the victim and saps 1/4 of the health, and another 5 HP points every turn until the victim thaws. 5% of the time it may also cause a burn to the victim upon thawing.
Example Of Pokemon Who Learn It: Jynx, Sneasel, Piloswine, Dewgong, Lapras, Articuno, Suciune. All Ice Pokemon, but only ones above level 30.

Name: Ressurection
Move Type: Ghost
Move Description: The most powerful Ghost move. The user brings a fainted pokemon from your party back to life to serve as a substitute. In this time you can control it, but after five turns or the substitute is defeated, it goes back to its fainted state and you play your ghost pokemon again.
Example Of Pokemon Who Learn It: Ghasty, Haunter, Gengar, Misdrevus, Umbreon, Murkrow, Sneasel. All ghost pokemon and a few dark ones, but only very high-leveled pokemon of these types can learn it.

re: Create-A-Move!

Hyper Darkness Beam

A dark-type version of Hyper Beam, learned by dark-type Pokemon. The user concentrates a massive amount of dark energy and then shoots it off as a giant beam of darkness that obliterates his enemy.

However, there's something better than Hyper Beam in this attack. It lowers all of the enemy's stats by one level, because the dark energy sucks their power out of them and leaves them in a weakened state.
