I know he is on route 45...but I searched the whole damn place and there is no sign of him...does he relocate after you fight him?

I can't really pinpoint his location, but I can confirm he does not relocated once battling him. Have you battled all the trainers south of Blackthorn city, before heading onto Route 46?

Only 2 offer to give me their numbers...another Hiker and Kenji(?) iirc...but parry is just not around...or if he is he just doesn't ask from me to register his number...
