You need to get a password for changing the time. Here is a good place that's easy to use- just follow the instructions and you'll be fine.

Wow. If I cared about post count, would I have hidden it from view half a year ago? Wouldn't I have a whole lot more posts than you, since I've been at Neoseeker more than a year longer? Neoseeker isn't about post count- this forum is here for the sake of helping people with and discussing Pokémon Gold.

So someone's question is answered by PM. That's great, but how does that help anyone else who is wondering how to do something- especially when the 'something' is the main topic of the thread? There's a reason why people are encouraged to search the forum before posting a new thread you know. Please try to think before you accuse next time.

Which is why the forum is for. No one would bother to go through pages searching a topic. The forum is there to create threads and ask away with questions.
