Well it really depend's what lvl Typhlosion is and what lvl the water pokemon is... like a strong Typhlosion with rollout could probably take out alot of water pokemon.

Stallers are useless... Probably a pokemon that knows Recover. I'm stuck between a good Physical Tank or a Special Sweeper. Like Blissey or Tyranitar/Dragonite.

quote BLAHBLAHJRA Typhlosion can learn Thunderpunch, which is way better than Rollout, which does normal damage against water-types. The strongest non-legendary is Typhlosion, IMO. My Typhlosion has the moves: Thunderpunch, Earthquake, Flamethrower, and Sunny Day. Sunny Day powers up Flamethrower (after STAB), and powers down water type moves. | |

This is basically the same thread as the other, so I'm gonna close this one. The other thread can really be used for both legendary, and non-legendary Pokemon. See my post in the other thread for an explanation.
