You can battle people online with nubbattle.

As for your team, well, just battle with it, see what doesn't work, and fix it by using your experience and knowledge as tools. I'll make some quick comments though:

Why use Ice Punch on Feraligatr when you can have Ice Beam instead?

Vaporeon's attack is too low for it to use Shadow Ball.

Heracross doesn't learn Swords Dance or Rock Slide, not without cheats in this game at least. Same goes for Sludge Bomb on Gengar.

get rid of miltank and replace it with tarous(forgot wow to spell it)

he has a way better attack\

actually gengar can learn sluge bomb it is a poison type after all

Get rid of vaporeon and put in an espeon with bite and psybeam.
