Welcome all to the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 - The Sith Lords forum!

As many of you know, I'm generally a nice guy but I still need to set up some general rules to keep the forum from going chaotic.

1) Keep to the Topic.

Try to keep close to the main topic of the thread you are in. A little bit of shift here and there I can handle, but it it strays too much just create a new thread for the other topic.

2) Spam, I Dare You!

Nobody likes a spammer, all they do is make moderators angry and temporarily ruin every bodies fun along with wasting their own time. Keep in mind there are certain levels of spamming, such as just on reply spams or creating a spam thread on its own etc. Simply replying but adding a message for the heck of it because you are excited is considered spamming but as long as you don't do that too much, I don't have much problem with it. If the spamming gets out of control or is there just for the sake of spamming I may just hand out bans with no warning or give you a stern "talkin' to". Either way, it won't be pleasant

3) We aren't sailors here.

Seeing as we aren't sailors (refer to above comment...see? Told ya ) please refrain from swearing left and right. Petty swearing once or so a post is understandable but heavy swearing is under no circumstances welcome here. Excesive heavy swearing in a short period of time will cost you your warning(s) and get you a brand new ban.

4) No burning others...er...flaming others.

If you share different views on something it doesn't have to be a bad thing and you don't need to fight over it. If I see flaming I will talk to the people involved and possibly close the thread. I you have a problem with somebody use the NeoPM function to contact them, it's there for a reason. Also, no system wars are to be fought here. If you have a problem with another console, too bad. I don't want to hear about it. I don't care if you are a fanboy, just try not to fight over which system beats which.

5) Don't Cheat Bans.

If you are administered a ban and come up with a "genius" way around it think again. If you are caught, by myself or another both accounts will be banned from both this forum permanently and site permanently.

6) Other Things to Keep in Mind

First off, double posting is more of a nuisance then a crime in most cases. If it is an accident please fix is A.S.A.P. or I will simply merge the posts or delete the excess ones. Yes, sometimes this can't be avoided but it most cases, it can. Also, use the forum index. I realize the search is down temporarily and possibly permanently and that makes searching harder, but the Forum Index has the most common/main topics within it so check there before posting.

7) Last but not least.

Forum wide Rules of Conduct, Etiquette And Acceptable Behaviour. My rules will not always be as uptight as these but that may change if my attitude is taken advantage of. While those aren't this forums specific rules, they are good guidelines to follow when posting anywhere on Neoseeker.
