It died months ago, maybe even years yet I see new topics popping up at random months.
It had so much more activity when the servers were up, my God, SEGA why did you close your servers oh why?

It's true, it was made by Capcom, not Sega. However, I wouldn't say the forum is necessarily dead. A few people check in from time to time, and there are new posts and topics every once in a while. It's on life support, but since there's still a little activity, it's not dead.

If it were dead, you wouldn't have been able to post that. Or, if you did, nobody would have read it, which I obviously did. So the forum is still alive. See what I mean?

As for the chances of a File 3, right now they're at zero percent. For the future, you never know. There might be a huge gain in popularity among the first 2 Outbreak games, and Capcom will make a ton of money from them. Then they won't be able to afford NOT to make a file 3!

Well, the chances are at 5% actually. Remember: The original plan was to have 4 Files in the series, each containing 5 scenarios. I'm not sure if this plan is still active or not seeing as how Capcom MIGHT be working on other titles at the moment and might forget about the Outbreak series, unforunately. After all Capcom knows that the Outbreak series wasn't liked as much as Resident Evil 4...that game was a gold mine
