i cant get the charabom in the suddoka hills.

Okay, listen, a lot of people have trouble with this. The Charabom is named Marine Eel by the way.

Anyway, here's what you do: Go up the level normally until you come to the second little wooden bridge. Put a bomb of any type on one end and go to the other end. The bomb will blow up the bridge and you will fall into the river. Don't worry! It's all done for you. Once you fall into the river, the current will carry you down to a platform with the Marine Eel portal on it. Simple, right?
