I recently bought the game and currently I am playing as the Raiders. I've gotten past the preseason and about 5 games into the season. During this time, my back up QB Kerry Collins has gotten rather pissed with a low morale. My starting QB Rich Gannon has also been injured. I played a game with Collins as my starting QB and his performance was quite dissapointing. Threw my first interception of the season which was followed by 3 more. This didn't happen when I used Collins in the preseason when his morale was high.

I know player morale influences their performance so my question is, how do you raise player morale?
