A good topic to start off with, is who do you guys think should be ranked top 5 in the Preseason Top 25 polls this year.

The BCS polls don't come out until like week 9 of the season, and seeing how the season hasn't played out at all yet, I don't know

Bah, I said the wrong thing, I meant the Preseason Top 25 Polls.

The current Top 5 look close to good to me other than USC being above LSU and Ohio State over Miami. It should be more like:

1. LSU
2. USC
3. Oklahoma
4. Miami
5. Ohio State

First NCAA Football Season match-up starts tomorrow. Who do you think will win, USC or Virginia Tech. And what are your opinions on the game.

I wish Virginia Tech would win, but I just can't believe it too much. USC 38-10.

I think this should be a pretty easy win for USC. But now that they won't have Williams at WR, they will not win the national championship.

Will USC did win, but barely at first. They were down at half time by 3 points. But then in the second half they just turned it on, and blew past Virginia Tech. I think it was 28-13 the final score, USC.

Yeah, that 38-10 score I mentioned was a lot closer to the score of my game when I got thwamped by USC 45-14 in my dynasty, hahaha. It was also the only game I've lost so far, but they've been the hardest opponent I went up against.

We all figure (well, most of us should), that the winner of the Labor Day game between FSU and Miami should win the ACC. Who do you believe will win the game? Though I do know that Miami is always a little better, I went to FSU so I'll be rooting for the Seminoles

Well I personally don't think Miami has been as strong as they have been in the past couple of years. I think that FSU will take Miami in an upset.

Yeah, my Noles will have it a little easier with no Sean Taylor, Vince Wilfork, & Johnathan Vilma staring down our throats! The key threat for "My Mammy" is the one & only GOOORRRRRE! But I think the Noles will still come out on top in a close battle 24-20. Booker & Washington are going to play a major role in this "upset."

i expect there to be many upsets this year. i am taking fsu over miami. i see texas beating ou. the big upset of the year will be... NOTRE DAME OVER USC! i think fsu will be playing uga for the national title.

Notre Dame over USC? They couldn't even handle Brigham Young. It would definitely be an upset, but not a believable one for sure.

they couldn't handle byu, but they sure handled michigan. what a weekend. this is why i love college football
