The reason I closed them down, is because I don't want everybody to start creating their own dynasty thread. If everybody started then the forum would start to get under control. I will open it back up as long as it is controlled and only a few people do it. But if I start to see a huge amount of people starting to open their own up, then I will have to close it down again.
