i read some more info on your tv, it said you have a VGA plug but not a DVI, the HiDef pack for the xbox uses component cables which are analog, but will run a half digital pic. Yes most TVs say they are digital but still a lot of them don't support a true digital picture. I got this from an article on your tv.

1080i isn't 720p, 1080i isn't bad, yet it's still interlaced and still defeats the entire point of trying to use 720p for SC2. Try to just use 480p and see how it looks, it should work fine.
