I just can't find him i've looked there 1million times I've even cleared out the sub-levels and i only found a guy called "Diciple". DO you know wher the master is???

Yeah, he is. Just search enough, speak to the wandering Twi'Lek if you want to, and you should be able to come out of the situation having met the jedi master on Dantooine.
