the deku thing told me i need to get an item from one of his friends in the trilby high lands to start making my way up mount cerenal but where do i go to get this item???
i know its like only the start of the game but yeah im already stuck =P

Co into the cave with that giant rock and look for a wall you can bomb.

and then there's a deku scrub hit it and it sells you a bottle forgot for how much.

wasnt he talking about the grip ring? god danmit iv seen too many scrubs
