I have found 8 of them, but two of them are missing.

As the 3rd Swordsman Newsletter says, there are nine of them, not including the Ghost of Swiftblade the First(seeing as how he's dead), so ten in total.

They are:

1. Swiftblade in hyrule town
2. Ghost of Siwftblade the First in the Caster Wilds Grave
3. Waveblade in Lake Hylia
4. Greyblade ontop of Mt. Crenel(or Grayblade, however you want to spell it.)
5. Grimblade in Hyrule Castle Gardens
6. Greatblade in North Hyrule Field waterfall
7. Scarblade in Caster Wilds waterfall
8. Splitblade in Veil Falls lower waterfall
9. ?
10. ?

Anybody found the other two?

I haven't played in a while, but as far as I can tell, looking at my scrolls, there are only eight ones that give scrolls, and the other two are accessed from kinstone fusions.

How did you find Splitblade? I can't figure out how to open the waterfall that leads to him. And what does he teach you?

i used to have a game file where i had fused all the kinstones with all the people and obtained the tingle trophy so i should have been able to find them all but before i could my little sister deleted my file dang it!!!
