you don't throw them, you place them. If you have upgraded to the remote bombs then press the same button you laid it with.

you can throw normal bombs do the same as u laid it with.

that's incorrect. To throw a bomb, do the following:
1. Lay a bomb (or a remote bomb)
2. Press R
3. Press R
There. You've thrown a bomb.
