I notice right away after getting kenstone the chicken lady will fuse, any idea where to get green kinstone's or how many time's she fuses? | |

You can look for them in the grass, you can buy them from the travling goron (if you've unlocked him yet) or play various minigames, such as the dream one. The chicken on the roof has a shared Kinstone fusion. By shared I mean that this is not the only 'person' with this particular fusion. By the time you can get the ghost out of the way, you're sure to have already fused with that other someone, so the chicken's useless. Those little chicks inside the house are just annoying.
