Hello everyone.
Let me get right to the point.
I'm stuck in Story mode. From what I've read, a Wire Head who is ranked in all four classes (D, C, B, and A) can then go on to battle the Regional Ranker in a one-on-one match. Where can you do this? I've beaten the rankers in all four classes, both day and night, on the Vegas server. But I have no idea how I can battle the Regional Ranker, as there are no events or anything of the sort in the Hard-Wired. There's only so much info you can get out of the Battle School... If anyone knows how to battle the Regional Ranker (Vegas, if it matters), please tell me. Thanks in advance.

Hmm... I never got that high, but I'll try. Maybe it comes around like normal rank battles- kinda random. Try fighting in Free battles for a while... He may just show up.

Thats not it at all actually. You have to defeat all A, D, C, and B classes in every single region then you can fight them one on one in different the regions.

I managed to get some more info on the web about this, and from what I've read, you only need to beat 25 rankers. I still haven't done this, so I can't be certain...
I think that's also the criteria to open the Wild Machines store on the servers. Feel free to confirm this info, anyone.

To get to the point, you DO need to beat all D,C,B,and A rankers to get to those guys. Then look on the thing that shows the battles. It should go D fight regional ranker a fight regional ranker (it doesnt really have d then regional ranker that a then regional ranker, thats an example.) its a normal fight, then regional ranker. Then eventually the main ranker fights show up. It goes 3rd ranker, 2nd ranker, and 1st ranker, those show up as you beat each one.

Wow, It's going to be tough, I got to finish A and B rank in one more town and I get to fight the rankers ^^.

You have to beat every single D, C, B, and A class, day and night, on each server. Check your shcedule when that is completed and you will see the regional matches.
