The vid was rather informative. I learned that the missile lock on to targets at a greater distance than those in AC01, AC02, and AC04 (1600 instead of 900). The special missiles sems to have the ability to engage targets not in the radar screen. The intresting thing is that the wingman command system is similar to that in Rouge Leader.

no it was around 15k the xlaa was 25k i believe standard and the qaam are both around 850

Enemy planes pop chaff and flares? Cool. It would be even cooler if you could pop chaff and flares on your own aircraft.

Maybe the chaff and flares for your aircraft are released automatically, like in Lethal Skies.

According too the latest news, no chaff an flares for the player. boo
However, there ARE landings and takeoffs on EVERY mission! Yay! -------------------

I still can't get this download to work,and if you're suppose to run it off windows media,it wont work on my computer.It tells me that the file is not supported  I would like to see this action but it appears I will just have to wait until the game come out to see for myself.I really do hate computers at times | |

The aircraft (F-18) moved like it did in AC3 where the elevators helped turn the aircraft.
But the coolest thing I noticed in the video was how he had the wingmen cover him, they stayed behind him until a group of enemies approached from the front, when that happened, the 3 wingmen hopped out in front of his aircraft to protect him I guess. | |
