How do u buy them? It came up with a new plane is available to buy but i dont know where to buy them from.

The option appears after the third or fourth (maybe fifth) mission, from the post-battle menu.

Right before you start a mission(mission 5 or higher) a menu will come up with a bunch of options. One of the options is 'Buy'. Click on that.

Yea that another thing I don't like about this game, you have to fly that accursed F-5 before you even get a chance to try anything else
