ok.

i'm gohan, i have to go somewhere but i don't know where.
all i know is that i'm something like lvl:28 or something like that and i am at a door that say's i have to be 140.
i think i missed soemthing

wow...that really explans alot , anyway, you need to go finish the game etc etc before you try opening those doors. eventhough all you have to do is equip the right set of clothes, etc, etc. Then go fight some of the higher leveled enemys. a good place to do this is in babidi's spaceship. it;s easy to level up there because the numerous enemys plus the bosses usually are pretty hard to fight if you are at a low level.

i done the part where your saiyaman or something in a town with a circus.
