Ok, I was suddenly transported to a weird level. I didn't have my sword yet and I went past the house with the chained up dog and I was suddenly transported to this wier level with all this green water on the ground and red plants sticking out of it.

You probably got transported to Goponga Swamp, if there are red flowers that move and jumping fish, then it is Goponga Swamp.
