Isn`t it sad that all these people and places on LA are merly Link`s memories mixed with the Windfishes.I even thought Link found love at 1 point with Malon *sigh*.

It was that attachment to Marin, that at least enabled that one memory to become reality. Even if she was only a seagull, she still became part of Link's world, even though she was originally just a piece of the dream as well. So not everything was lost. I agree though that it is sad. A whole world just disappeared.

hmm I kinda felt bad for the bad guys the just wanted to keep the island there for them and then they all die like what shadow says when hes defeated "THE ISLAND WILL BE DESTROIED".But atleast Talon and Malon are still seen in the other game

Talon and Malon are born into alot of Zelda games. I noticed that with each Zelda plot in the timeline, most of the characters Link met in one life, reappear in another. Its strange that the same circle gets reborn over and over time and again.

Link always ends up protecting some useless girl. i'd love to see a princess or heroine who can defend herself.

well, i just recently bought the dvd form of the old zelda show, and, yes, zelda does sometimes defends herself, with the help of the triforce of magic that is.

well the ending it touchy to me for i played the game all through my trip to italy and nvr beat it then 2 or 3 years later i play my rfiends and beat it my original i got all the way to the wind fish egg and couldnt beat it even tho it wasnt DX but then i beat it and all the memories of italy flooded bak into my memorie

I cleared the game 2 times, it was not so hard at all, only some things were pretty annoying.

i remember that game.it was the first one i ever had for the gbc. can someone tell me the ending? im a fan of zelda games, and i remember losing that game sometime in 2001, i was only on the 4th dungeon

After getting all 8 instruments Link enters the giant egg on top of Mt. Tamaranch. He faces a nightmare and once it's defeated the whole island is revealed to just be a dream. Link plays the instruments again to end the dream. After this is done he and the Wind Fish return to the waking world.

actually its not just a memory. cuz the wind fish exists and its the one who guided link to the island in his dreams to save him. but the island is real but he didnt go to it.
