	DO NOT GET THIS GAME this was the worst game ive ever played. the game said some things that made it sound interesting but it was horrible. it LIEZ!!! dont get it man. if you do, you will cry i swear to you. and for your question, no you cant smoke when in jail. infact jail is only a level, you go to it and kill ppl and your done.
