I am on the last mission (Nato)and you have to destroy the two nuclear missiles in under 4 minutes or so but I am finding it impossible, any tips?

run halfway around the camp sites avoiding the soldiers and just focus in getting down to where the silos are located in. when I was still on this mission I just let the other soldiers take care of the terrorists and took care of the missiles and kill anybody who gets in my way (
