I've a very big question!
I've completed the single player campaign, but I've never seen the Middle East Coalition? Also I never been able to fly a Apache, Hind or Eurocopter Tiger? What the hell?? are these things only avaible in multiplayer? | |

I've noticed it too... The MEC is only in online-multiplayer, unfortunately. You can't fly the helicopters you listed in single-player, but one challenge involves racing an Apache. Hopefully, they will include this things in the single-player campaign in the future, but for now you'll have to play online to experience them.
