i dunno- i always found arcade mode okay, but when doing survival it would always be anna or sometimes nina that would worry me- they just seemed to be harder than the other computer characters, particularly in tekken 3.

I didn't really have trouble with anyone. But in the extra hard mode thing in Tekken 4 sometimes I have trouble.

Definitly Julia and Lei in Tekken 3. I haven't played Tekken Tag or 4 that much that I can point out a certain hard to beat opponent. I have played Tekken 3 a lot. Heihachi and Paul are the easiest to beat by the way, they are the slowest of all characters.

That depends really. I always think Law is tough one to defeat when he got that yellow outfit of his. And espesially if it's on stage 7 or something (hate the laboratory-laocation). Lei is also a pretty tough one to defeat if you get him on a high level.

In tekken 3 it used to be nina and anna, couldn't keep up with their combos, but now I'm normally fine with anyone, and just occasionally rubbish against any random person.

Oh yeah I forget to add Dr. B from Tekken 3 and Law from Tekken 1. Dr. B can even be hard on easy mode only because he always lays down.
